Cancellation Policy
Cancellations with less than 24hrs notice will incur a full treatment fee. Each session is created with deep intention uniquely for you. May we honor the sacred exchange of time and energy. Thank you kindly for your understanding.
Late Cancellations: If canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance, the full price of the scheduled service will be charged.
No-Shows: Failure to attend your appointment without notice will also result in a charge for the full cost of the service.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened to accommodate the next client. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment, and the full service fee will still apply.
Medical Conditions
Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities prior to your appointment. Your safety and well-being are our priority, and some services may need to be modified to suit your needs.
Food and Drinks
We kindly ask that you do not bring food or drinks into the studio, except for water. Alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited before or during your appointment for safety and hygiene reasons.
Refunds
All services are non-refundable, as we dedicate time and effort to ensure a high-quality experience. If you are dissatisfied, please let us know, and we will do our best to address your concerns.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior, intoxication, or disrespect toward our staff or other clients.
Confidentiality
Your privacy is important to us. Any personal or medical information shared during your appointment will be kept strictly confidential and used solely to provide the best service for you.
